National Vegan Day will not go unnoticed here at Park’s Edge so if you love plant-based food or have an enquiring mind (and palate), we’ve got just the event for you!
On Sunday 1st November, we welcome back Chef Kerran Kaur, who kicked off our Kitchen Takeover series earlier this year with a fabulous sold-out supper club.
We’ll be welcoming Kerran back with her East Indies Meets West Indies menu, in what’s set to be another innovative plant-based extravaganza.
Her 6-Course Tasting menu will explore the shared food stories, culture and identity of India and the Caribbean through music and poetry. The entire menu is refined sugar, wheat, soy and preservative free and judging by the dishes she dreamed up last time, we know you’re in for a treat. Tickets are available from EventBrite.
