Get ready to celebrate ‘love’ and cocktails’ for Valentine’s Day!

This Valentine’s Day will be quite different from the way our diners usually celebrate with a sumptuous meal at Park’s Edge but don’t worry – despite Lockdown, we’ve got you covered!

Why not join us for a fun evening of cocktail fun with Valentine’s, strawberries, candyfloss and chocolate as our theme!

If you’ve joined us before for one of our previous tastings, you know you’ll be in for a special treat… This time, you don’t even have to leave the comfort of your home. You’ll enjoy an evening of fabulous cocktails led by artisanal mixologist and celebrity fave, Tye Biswas, whose cocktails for mega star, Daniel Craig are always shaken, not stirred!  

Four cocktails, all the ingredients, recipe card, garnishes, naughty games and a few treats in your gorgeous red cocktail kit box for good measure!

The tasting kit is designed for two people to share – that’s 8 cocktails (four for both of you)!

We’ll deliver your kits to your door for free within London zones 1 – 4. Postage will be applied for addresses outside of the zones. You will need to supply your own glasses and ice and have a good internet connection!

Early Bird Tickets of £72 have nearly sold out so be quick! Remaining tickets are £84 per couple (or £42 per person) and if you’re not coupled up, you can still have fun with a flatmate or hook up with someone in your support bubble. But please don’t break the law! (We will not be able to split boxes to go to different addresses – the box serves two people.)

We’re bringing Mother’s Day back to Park’s Edge – on Sunday 14th March, 2021! It’s a little different, this year but it will be special!

We’ll help you take the hassle out of the day so that you can lavish the special lady in your life this Mother’s Day. There are two options for delivery or collection from Park’s Edge:

  • A meal kit box, marinated and prepped for you to finish off at home or
  • A Cooked Roast Platter or a 3-Course meal – ready for eating

Our chef team is excited to present a beautiful menu, full of flavour to tickle your tastebuds. Enjoy a roast sharing platter, three or two courses to share with starters of Garlic Marinated Prawns with Crayfish Croquettes and Scotch Bonnet Aioli or Fricasse of Wild Mushroom with Pickled Heritage Beetroot.

Our main event is our famous Roast Platter featuring a delicious no-meat main course option of Pimento Braised Butternut Squash, Black Lentil & Goats Cheese Wellington Parcel or a three-meats platter of Guinness & Pineapple ‘Hot’ Pork Belly, Roasties with all the trimmings.

Join us for a very special virtual masterclass to celebrate mothers and all they do for us over Mother’s Day weekend!

SATURDAY 13th MARCH 2021 – 7.30pm

How many ways do you tell your Mum that you love her?

We’ll help you count the ways with our special virtual Cocktail Masterclass featuring mixologist and celebrity favourite, Tye Biswas of Sip & Toast!

Tye has dreamed up some wonderful gin-based cocktails to celebrate birth mums, non-bio mums, foster mums, godmothers or that special woman who represents being a mother to you!

Share a fun 2 virtual hours of making and sipping on delicious gin-based drinks including Tye’s bespoke cocktail of blended rums, raspberries and secret ingredients!

There’ll be four cocktails in your masterclass box, some blind tasting of delicious gins with a special guest and lots of sipping, guzzling and having fun. The event will also feature music and a bit of friendly competition to create your own cocktail dazzler from the ingredients in the box!

Announcing Our Second Kitchen Takeover for 2020!

Following the success of our first Kitchen Takeover event for the year, we’ve been busily working on the next!

We’re thrilled to have Keri Moss, Michelin trained chef and ‘food designer extraordinaire’ to Park’s Edge Bar & Kitchen for our next supper club this Spring.

Keri will be bringing a beautifully crafted menu that offers a taste of Trinidad to her diners. If you’ve ever wanted to explore authentic Trinidadian food with a modern British treatment, Chef Keri will entice you into culinary heaven with her exquisite dishes.

A food event to look forward to, introducing Chef Kerran Kaur, whose supper clubs have gained sold out status whenever she runs them!

Veganuary gets a whole new treatment with deliciously spiced vegan food that will give you extra impetus to go meat-free.

Kerran (or Keke as she’s affectionately known) will once again take over the kitchen at Park’s Edge for a 5 Course Vegan Taster Menu extravaganza on the evening of Wednesday 29th January 2020.

With Indian & Pakistani heritage, Kerran invites diners to explore how the flavours, ingredients and key food staples of her background have travelled from the Indian subcontinent to the Caribbean (via Kenya where she was born). A true food odyssey, you’ll explore dishes, key ingredients and spices that intersect with Indo-Pakistani and Caribbean cuisines.

A unique dining experience that will include music, courtesy of DJ Kandi Sharma and poetry intertwined with Indian & Caribbean Food Stories, you’re in for a food treat that goes beyond just food, and immerses you in wonderfully vibrant cultures.

She says: “My supper clubs always tell a story from my own experience and childhood but I wanted to open this up to others’ experiences around me and explore our interlinked historical and modern day experiences, some of which are steeped in food.”

Dishes will include Celeriac and Kale Pakora and Gulab Jamun in Rum Syrup with Grenadian Chocolate Guinness Brownie Crumble.

On Wednesday 17th October, Park’s Edge will welcome talented vocalist, Ruby Wood to sing a selection of Soul & Jazz Classics.

Ruby has honed her craft performing up and down the country with The Bonobos live band in 2011 – and since then with the critically-acclaimed dubstep & soul group, Submotion Orchestra. As one third of the highly acclaimed threesome, The Sugar Sisters, Ruby’s most recent projects have included performing at Ronnie Scott’s ‘Live in the Square’ concert and singing backing vocals for none other than US Grammy Award nominee and soul songstress, Angie Stone.

She’s performed at festivals including The Big Chill, Latitude, Outlook and Bestival.

Tickets are £10 each and for those wanting to dine with us, doors open at 6pm.  Ruby’s performance begins at 7.30pm.  There will be a selection of small and large plates from the A la Carte menu, plus a special offer on some of our cocktails and wine.
