We’re Currently Looking For….
Junior Sous (full-time) – If you’re a confident Junior Sous Chef, looking to seriously impress, if you want to quickly work your way to the top of kitchen management, we’d love to meet you.
You’ll need to show your love of clean, classical cooking, fine presentation and be able to integrate Caribbean flavours and influences that leave our diners coming back for more. We’re looking for the right person to grab hold of this opportunity and to make their mark.
Chef de Partie (full-time) – Are you a creative and talented CDP looking for an exciting new role with unlimited potential?
If you’re a confident CDP, we’d love to meet you. The CDP is the back bone of our kitchen and we’re looking for the right person, with the right amount of drive, energy, creativity and a reverence for fresh food and impeccable food safety and hygiene standards.
Commis Chef (part-time leading to full-time) – A flair for cooking fresh, seasonal, refined food and a keen interest in modern-British foods as well as Caribbean flavours. A catering college student working on NVQ Level 2/3 in food production or similar could be ideal. We promise a good rate of competitive pay, you’ll learn lots – and we’ll look after you!
Porter (full-time) – If you are meticulous about cleanliness, super organised, trustworthy and lightening quick around the kitchen, we want to hear from you. A keen interest in fresh food and prepping is desirable and you’ll need at least basic Level 1 but ideally a Level 2 Food Hygiene & Safety qualification.
