We’re Currently Looking For….
Chef de Partie (Full-time) – A flair for cooking fresh, seasonal, refined food and a keen interest in modern-British foods as well as Caribbean flavours. A catering college student working on NVQ Level 2/3 in food production or similar could be ideal. We promise a good rate of competitive pay, you’ll learn lots – and we’ll look after you!
Senior Sous (Full-time) – First of all, you have to absolutely love creating. We’re looking for someone who is adventurous, knowledgeable but also humble enough to learn! Secondly, you’ll need to have a good pedigree in Modern British / European kitchens. Your flair and technical skills must be there. A non-arrogant approach to managing the team, humility when being directed by our senior chef and a desire to take your cooking that one step further and the job could be yours!
