This Mother’s Day, we’re getting set to celebrate and commemorate the special people who make the world turn. What better way to celebrate Mum than with our delectable Bellini & Rum Punch Brunch or Set Dinner menu!
And because she more than deserves to be treated, this year, Park’s Edge is gifting all Mums a complimentary Peach & Dragonfruit Bellini to accompany their meal.
Our Mother’s Day Bellini & Rum Punch Brunch Menu features our most popular Brunch dishes including our chorizo & poached Cacklebean egg dish, the Easy Like Sunday Morning and our smoked salmon and scrambled eggs on bulgur wheat muffin, better known as the ‘Posh Nosh’. Choose from a selection of flavoured Bellini’s or our signature Rum Punch for a delicious celebratory meal to start the day.
Our Set Dinner Menu features sublime dishes with the freshest of seasonal ingredients such as Crab Ravioli & Tiger Prawns in Coconut & Lemongrass Curry Bisque, and Black Garlic & Rosemary Crusted Rack of Lamb with Delmonico Potatoes, Braised Red Cabbage & Mint Sauce.
If Mum’s celebration isn’t complete without a sweet treat, she’ll have lots to choose from including Mango Crème Brulée with Nutmeg Biscuit and Bailey’s Pavlova with Tropical Fruit Compote.
We’re also adding the perfect finish to our Set Menu by giving Mum our complementary hand-made petit fours.
