Mixologist / Cocktail Bartender

Park’s Edge Bar & Kitchen is a Herne Hill restaurant and part of an exciting, independent, buzzy culinary scene in South London. We serve modern British food with a fusion twist from our 45-cover restaurant, are located a stone’s throw from Brixton and Dulwich and are surrounded by local food and drink producers.

We’re looking for a part-time professional bartender with fantastic, accurate and fast mix skills.

Do you have a passion for making and serving the most delicious Insta-ready cocktails?

Are you looking to work with a team that aims to deliver a memorable guest experience

As the face of the restaurant, you’ll need to be totally bought into our company philosophy and reflect our core value of ‘service that goes the extra mile’.

You relish responsibility and have an eye for detail and won’t be fazed if asked to create new amazing signature cocktails.

We’d love it if you had some wine knowledge and barista skills, although this is not essential.
