If you’re looking for an outstanding vegan restaurant meal experience in 2024, look no further than Park’s Edge Bar & Kitchen! We’re excited to welcome vegan chef extraordinaire, Kerran Kaur, back into our kitchen for our London Supper Clubs, this coming Spring!

Kerran, owner of Seeds of Wild, kicks off our popular Guest Chef series by showcasing her take on the ‘Urban Farm To Table’ concept.

Always creative, always interesting and always delicious – with ‘comfort’ thrown in for good measure – expect to feast on ingredients that Kerran has personally foraged. To start your evening, you will be served a delicious botanical cocktail (included in your ticket price) followed by a 3-Course menu with individual and sharing plates. Kerran’s special menu features allotment grown and community grown organic veg. Her plant-based ingredients have been carefully sourced from artisan suppliers and community co-ops around London, Essex and surrounding areas.

Kerran will be drawing on the food of her heritage – a daughter of Punjabi Indians, schooled in Islington. She also takes inspiration from North Indian, West Indian and West African food cultures.
