We can accommodate groups of up to x 14 people on our banquet seating or more by arrangement.
On Friday and Saturday evenings, we are unable to take group bookings for non-dining or drinks only guests.

To Book Your Group
Please email us (firstname.lastname@example.org) your requirements i.e. preferred dates, the type of event (e.g. birthday, baby shower, corporate training or Festive celebration etc.), the number of persons you’d like to book for – and any other details that will help us confirm a detailed plan for you.
Please include your full name, telephone number and email address in your email. We will endeavour to respond to your query within 24 hours.
Debit / Credit Card Required for Group Bookings
Our Open Table booking system requires credit / debit card details, on our secure encrypted system.
We will request your card details to hold your group booking and will charge your card as appropriate for the requested deposit, with your permission.
Your group booking is secured by a non-refundable deposit. Your booking (and requested date) will not be confirmed until the deposit has been paid.
A 50% or £10 per person deposit, (whichever is the greater) is required for all bookings of x 10 persons and over, payable by debit / credit card or BACS.
A 50% or £20 per person deposit (whichever is the greater) is required for all bookings of x 20+ people, payable by debit / credit card or BACS.
Deposits are redeemed against your final bill.
If you confirm your booking by giving us a confirmed number of people for your booking, but less guests turn up to the booking, regrettably, we are unable to refund your deposit for the no-show guests.
Our booking cancellation policy is 24 hours and in the event of a no show or on-the-day cancellation, we reserve the right to charge £20 per person.
Please give us the courtesy of honouring your booking or cancelling prior to 24 hours. We understand plans can change but please let us know in good time if you can’t make your booking.
Payment of Final Table Bill
Please note that we are unable to create multiple bills and cannot take multiple payments for tables of 6 or more persons.
To avoid a lengthy process of paying the bill by individuals on completion of a meal, the lead booker will be given the bill and is requested to ensure that the whole bill is settled upon request.
For food safety reasons, we do not accept external cakes at Park’s Edge. Please do not bring cake to our premises as our refusal to store or serve may offend.
We provide cakes and work with trusted cake suppliers and will happily work with you on your cake requirements.
