On Wednesday 13th September 2023, at 7pm, Park’s Edge will host one of Panama’s best-known and revered chefs presenting his ‘Flavours of Panama’.
For one night only, Panamanian chef, Carlos ‘Chomolin’ Alba presents his 5-Course Tasting Menu, showcasing the best of modern Panamanian cuisine and heritage. A dynamo in the kitchen, Chef Alba will bring the bold Latin-Carib flavours of Panama onto your plate at this very special supper club.

A delicious complimentary cocktail featuring Panama’s famed Ron Abuelo Añejo Rum will welcome you. Chef Alba’s menu is designed to not only pique your interest in the delights of Panamanian food but to tickle your palate with flavoursome food that nods to Panama’s rich culinary traditions. With flavour sensations and the sounds of tipico, salsa and calypso music, this is an evening that you won’t want to miss.
Park’s Edge chef, Norbert McPherson, himself familiar with Panamanian cuisine owing to his own Caribbean heritage,will help bring Chef Alba’s concept to life on the evening.
