After a long, series of lockdowns, we’re pleased to announce that our Guest Chef Kitchen Takeover series is once again back for 2021.
We’ve confirmed an exciting line-up of brilliant chefs, who each bring strong food stories to Park’s Edge that reflect some of our culinary heritage in their own unique menus.
Covid-19 secure measures will apply to all Kitchen Takeover events, in line with current government guidelines. Details of capacity and ticket allowances will be provided at booking stage for each event and you can read more about each of the events and their creators in our posts here.

Fijian Fusion Flavours From The South Pacific – A Unique Culinary Experience For London Supper Clubs
With Chef David Datt, Aka Real Hoxton Chef
Monday 28th June, 6.30pm -10pm
Over the course of a 30-year career, David has been classically trained by high-profile chefs and has received glowing reviews from his work in past restaurants, of which Hispaniola Restaurant & Bar, London.
During our guest chef takeover, he will be delighting our Park’s Edge guests with a fusion menu, which celebrates his unique South Pacific heritage – his father was from the island of Fiji and his mother from St Lucia in the Caribbean. All menus are seasonally thought through with diets and food allergies kept in mind.
This promises to be a very exciting event in London dining!
